Second time leasing a car through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts. Besides their very competitive prices (I do always shop around a bit before confirming) they make the whole process so effortless. They keep you informed and updated, communication is very professional and timely. If you email them with any question they will reply soon after (within working hours of course). They coordinate delivery and collection so you only have to just follow instructions. Lauren assisted me with my latest lease and she was very good at answering any questions and keep me informed on the process. Excellent customer service. If you are thinking to lease a car through them, you won’t regret it. Highly recommended.

Ordered a car which I took delivery of last month. All good. My wifes car this month is a different story. Absolute shambles. Looks like I don't meet the criteria this time. It's a 'computer says no' moment. I have a grade A credit rating so that's not the issue. The documentation I provided on last car was good enough for money laundering but not this time.......absolutely crazy.

car was delivered in a poor state - filthy inside and out!! tyre pressure light was on, and now I'm being told that I have to take this into a dealership and incur any costs to fix. customer service call centre was a very poor experience with the rep showing a lack of empathy, and the sale rep that i had spoken to just went radio silence and ignored all my emails and calls. very poor experience and will stick to Select Car leasing in future

This was the first time that I have used these guys previously I was using a different broker who was unable to find a replacement vehicle with my budget. After finding an affordable car, from completing the finance application to receiving the car would’ve been less than two weeks, however, I had to push that back a week to enable me to send back my previous car. The advisor on the phone that was dealing with my car was Charlotte Croly who is very helpful and also assisted me sorting out a new lease for my mother. Overall a good experience and I would be highly likely to use the services again in three years time. Another point to mention is that they are very good at managing expectation about car delivery, However, in my experience and my mum‘s experience, it was very quick from acceptance to the cars being delivered. Also a quick mention for Claire Donohue who picked up my case when Charlotte had a day off, she was also very helpful and dealt with my mums lease.

Despite a terrible start due to my own organization's failure to get documentation returned and the potential for disaster, your extremely helpful staff have puled it out of the bag. Kayleigh Waters went above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to date and did everything possible to make sure it all went to plan, she is a credit to your organization.
