Sent an email request for further info on contract hiring a Peugeot van. Kayleigh Waters contacted me quickly and efficiently guided me through the process. Excellent job by Kayleigh who made the whole experience an absolute doddle. Van arrived exactly as promised and the first week driving has been great. Prices are very competitive and company does what it promises.

Do not under any circumstances place an order with this company. Placed an order for a Mini Countryman in October with January delivery, this went back to February once i had paid my fees, this then went back to March then April then May, i have had to cancel as we cant wait any longer for the vehicle and have had to get one from a reputable supplier. Had a response from Aundrae today to say as per their terms and conditions we are not entitled to a refund of the fee as ( WE ) cancelled. Total jokers do not trust them. If they are that hard up they need to steal off people by false advertising then i would not risk it in the first place.

We lease our company cars. This is the first time we have used Nationwide Vehicle Contracts - so much better than previous companies. Our main contact was with Lauren Reynolds, who was excellent - friendly, efficient, knowledgeable.

This is my third car through Nationwide. My experience this time has not been great. I ordered the vehicle in July for Sept/Oct delivery to coincide with my last vehicles term ending. However I have only just received my vehicle at the end of Feb. I have had to chase this up and I haven’t been kept up to date with the reason for delay. The due date has changed several times. I had asked about extending my previous car and was told 6 months extension was minimum, at which point I didn’t know if that would be too long. I understand it has been delayed by the manufacturer, however I think phone calls should have been made to keep me in the loop. Service hasn’t been great
