I have been using nationwide for many years with never a problem , always quick and good service . This time has been an absolute nightmare . I currently have two cars with them one of which is near the end of its contract . I’ve been trying to get prices and quotes for a new contract and found it near on impossible. Dealing with a lady called hollie, very slow at replying to emails . I must have phoned 5/6 times over the course of a week and everyone time she was away from her desk or on the phone , requested call backs every time and never once had a call back from her. This went on for about 3 weeks . I mentioned this to a few people on the phone and still nothing got sorted . I eventually got hold of somebody different he seemed like he was really willing to help. I sent him my details. He got me a quote over within minutes. The quote was lot different to that hollie had been getting back and he explained the tax hasn’t been put on to quotes I’d been getting other the last three weeks and I would need to start from scratch . So back to the drawing board . I sent an option through so see what price it would come back at and a week later still had no response . I have now decided to use someone else as the other companies I’ve spoke to have been great compared . Very disappointed with the service
