United States | 17 October 2018While it took a long time to register our account into the system due to an internal error with my email address, Agata Garske, the administrative assistant, worked with me and the IT department to resolve the problem. She was there for me from the beginning , answering my questions and following up to make sure everything was corrected. She did it !!!! and now I can only say Thank you Agata, you did a great job!

Lots of service problems and continually having issues with truly having a working alarm. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cancelling "service if you can call it that" immediately.

United States | 19 March 2018BEWARE!!! Vector will renew your contract without your permission. They will not contact you by phone. They will not contact you by mail. They will just renew your contract well before it is set to expire. You have no way out.

I wasn't surprised as I have used their security products and services for other homes I have owned over the years with similar success. They offered the best technology for what I needed, and the installation was professional and per our agreement. Their customer service is outstanding, and I know their monitoring service going forward will provide me great peace of mind.

United States | 24 October 2017I've been very happy with the electric "security" part of the company/ the entry alarms, etc, - the service center people are very nice but can only take info, not actually help or resolve problems - and I'm not going to waste my time waiting for a supervisor to call while I'm WAITING for a tech to call -- they take hours to respond - they won't even call to say they are "too busy" to talk to you. That's why I'm looking for a new company. I was the first in my neighborhood to let you guys switch me but over the years when a tech is needed you're out of luck. There's too many companies offering services and resources if you were to get robbed. I advised the service center would call to cancel - but am still paying while I look and getting whatever service I can in the interim. (Would not recommend you to my neighbor though - he's a Baltimore Raven football player - unless he had his own IT for your security system)

United States | 20 October 2017Customer service is horrible. Took forever to get through to anyone for any kind of service help. Trying to cancel the policy was even more difficult. First we were told we would need to pay out the remaining coverage FOR THREE YEARS. Then when we finally got that removed they charged us another month while they processed our cancellation. We were told as long as we had it in by the end of the month, the following month would not be charged, but it was, even though I had talked to customer service 4 times to confirm and get paperwork in. This company needs to get their act together as I will never use the again.

Several sensors have failed, one resulting in a false call to police and the outside cameras have periodic clarity and sensitivity issues. Vector has been prompt in responding to service calls when requested.
