We have a hearing impaired daughter and we feel safe and secure with the fire alarm connected to the service.

Also the technician did an excellent job and was quite understanding with everything. Michelle worked around my schedule and fixed a convenient time for the technician to come over. Overall, both Michelle and the technician did a very decent job. It was outstanding customer service! Would recommend again to all my friends! I would like to say thank you to Michelle for fixing this issue.

This insures that we are not charged by the city unnecessarily for a false police involvement. They have replaced batteries in record time when that has to be done. We recommend them highly.

The sales person did not tell me about additional service fees so I did not prepare to pay more than we had discussed. Also the contract time frame for service was not well explained and it is VERY DIFFICULT to get in touch with anyone to help at Vector Security
