United States | 06 December 2014In our two years plus with Vector we have interacted with people from the company 3 or 4 times. At about a year we had some issues with the equipment. A technician came out, worked on the system, and we had not had any problems since then. Within the past two months we have had two incidents where the alarm was triggered. In both cases there was prompt telephone response from Vector personnel (in one case the police were dispatched). Both situations were because of "house sitters that we had employed". The actions of Vector personnel were just what we would have wanted.
