Very pleased with the customer service we received over the phone. No waiting on phone and spoke to very helpful staff who managed to adjust our delivery slots several times to suit the changing building works at our home. Very pleased with our cookers, hob and tap. All as new and great communication re delivery. Goods checked over when delivered. Definitely my go to company for future needs.

What a find! Generous discounts on top of the range appliances. Always feels like a bit of a gamble buying 'damaged' items but the website photos are so clear that when my Smeg fridge freezer arrived it was way better than I'd been expecting, with only a tiny imperfection which saved me over £1000. Customer service is excellent and delivery very efficient.

I ordered a cooker hood with extractor fitting kit. It arrived OK but the fitting kit was not the same quality as on the website and the outside cowl was missing. I rang and they sent a replacement (the same as described on the website). It arrived within 2 days. Customer service was good at dealing with the problem

Excellent service from Appliance Depot. Received phone call within 24hrs of ordering to arrange delivery. Delivered on my chosen day with calls day before to confirm time slot then half hour before delivery. Delivery driver was their head of IT and just standing in for regular driver so that deliveries wouldn’t be affected and customers could all get their goods on time. Fantastic company!

To be honest, I stumbled upon this company while looking online for a new fridge. I opted for one of their B-grade items, and I'm glad I did. New, and still with a guarantee, but some slight marks and a small dent on the edge of the door. The website was easy to navigate (even on a mobile), all the information I needed was there including photos of the cosmetic damage the fridge had endured. The price I paid was just over half of the full retail, and I'm very happy with my new fridge. One day after ordering, I received a call from Laura who confirmed all the details and booked in delivery (which was very reasonably priced considering the cost of fuel now) for the following week. The driver rang me on the day with a time slot and was very helpful and friendly, making sure that it was the item I'd ordered and in the condition I was expecting. I have already recommended The Appliance Depot to a few people, and I'm sure I'll be using them again. Excellent company, and a hassle-free experience.

Our SMEG oven suffered a catastrophic failure after a few months. The company point-blank refused to help and tried to claim that the appliance was used and therefore only came with a 60 day warranty. I sent screenshots of their own website which clearly stated that "All appliances come with a 12 month warranty" and "None of our ex-display and graded appliances have ever been used" however from this point they went quiet and ignored any further correspondence. It took for us to start legal proceedings under the Consumer Rights Act before they they were forced to honour their obligations and repaired the oven, although we were without a working appliance for three months.

BEWARE of FALSE ADVERTISING! Purchased a floor model SMEG refrigerator from Appliance Depot. I was aware the item would have 3-4 scratches at the time of purchase. The fridge is completely and utterly FILLED with scratches all over the entire appliance. In addition to a major dent along the top. Not to mention the item is totally filthy to the point that the filth won't come out. Certainly not worth the ~30% discount I received for buying an "ex-display" model. I would expect better from something that is priced at 70% off. I wish I had bought it full price from a reliable retail store. Lesson learned, but hopefully others can avoid! The only positive encounter I had with this company was the nice delivery driver who delivered the item at 5:55am.

Ordered my smeg microwave in the evening, arrived to work with a call to discuss delivery. very good service and delivery guy very helpful. will use again, and the prices are great.

Quick and efficient, only comment I would have, is to be more clear of different regions delivery times at point of order being placed because website said 5 working days but deliveries only happen once every 2 weeks to the North East.

Sent the wrong machine, had to wait over a week for them to collect and then refund. No option of the actual washer being sent

We have been looking for a cooker for my parents and it wasn't easy. You can no longer get anything in shops and they don't give a wide range of choice. We came across Appliance Depot and Ive never bought a graded item. They had a plethora of choice and the items and most of the cookers had minor damages to them on the back or side only! I spoke to Anna and Laura a couple of times to get more information about Appliance Depot and their service and they were SUPER friendly and helpful and it actually made such a difference. We eventually found a beautiful Smeg cooker which was about £600-700 cheaper than the likes of John Lewis and the only reason it was so cheap was because the box was damaged nothing else at all! My parents were elated we bought it and the after sales care was brilliant. It arrived today the driver was helpful and the cooker is stunning. It came in total bubble wrap and then with all the blue stickers on it. It's been such a good experience and I want to thank Appliance Depot for their customer service. I would have given 5 stars if there was an option for installing the cooker but they don't do that and they don't remove your old one. Regardless it's been amazing and my parents are happy which is the best bit!

Very keen prices and excellent communication, although they phoned me to say they couldn’t deliver for nearly 2 weeks- so I cancelled my order.

Highly recommended.

Item was crap, you might say scrap. No fittings or gaskets suppled and wasted an afternoon going to collect what turned out to be expensive rubbish!
