Got an excellent deal on a washing machine at the Appliance Depot. The customer service was excellent throughout and the delivery super fast. The machine has been working fine for a few weeks now. Can’t fault the firm and would recommend others to buy from them.

The Siemens dishwasher delivered had far more damage than was described or shown in the listing. Siemens says its unusable !. Appliance depot have not offered a refund despite it costing me over £500. Claiming I should have checked on delivery . Impossible as it was delivered with two other items all wrapped and van driver parked illegally. Seeking legal advise.

Smeg is awesome customer service amazing! So happy I spoke to a guy called Steve showed him my new design layout for my new kitchen. Steve then worked out which size and models of fridge freezers, cookers, dish washers, dryers and washing machines would best suit the me. Also I could not find theses prices anywhere. The delivery was extremely fast. Great product, great service. I’m a happy customer and will be making another purchases very soon. Thanks the appliance store for being SO AWESOME :)
