I bought a an ex display SMEG fridge which is great. I did have an issue with extra payment for delivery but that said the guys who did deliver were absolutely fantastic.

Item ordered was incorrect size as website was confusing to the items actual size. Asked to return and told to do so at my own expense. Then dues to deaths in the family and friends and Covid was unabel to return for a number of months. Even after asking for an allowance of the unique circumstances the company would not accept a return of an unopened/unused item that is sitting uselessly in the house. Very dissapointed in the customer service would not order from them again.

The appliance was exactly as the description and works a treat. Well organised collection from the store.

Third appliance brought from the Depot, always been good and help me take the stuff up the stairs into the flat. Im a elderly man with bad ankles and a bad back but the young lad was so polite and happy to help.

The customer service team was very quick to pick up and support me me in making the purchase. They were back on the phone in no time to arrange delivery and the guy who delivered was easily the most polite and accommodating delivery driver I have ever encountered. It was great to receive a phone call in advance, no waiting around all day. The product is great. Absolutely recommend this company.

Had a washer delivered by a young man dont know his name.. What a gent. I needed help bringing it in through the house.. he is not supposed to but he went above and beyond to help. So polite and friendly.. Top company.. highly recomended.. will definately use again!!! ☆☆☆☆☆
