We are in an ongoing dispute over the Siemens dishwasher appliance depot delivered along with a hob and a cooker, all ‘graded’ but the dishwasher was ‘Not as advertised’, Not of ‘satisfactory quality’ and above all ‘Not fit for purpose’! The damage is on the inside, to the door, affecting the seal and could leak. Sensors etc are also in the door. So far appliance depot are ignoring my emails requesting a full refund. Overall we spent a lot of money and as they say they want satisfied customers I am still hoping to get a positive outcome. Then I’ll update review.

Super Helpful staff and great products!

I Called for a part available on their webpage and requested a shipping cost quote. Ron kept my phone number to call me back with the shipping quote. Next day pass by and no response from Ron. I called them back just to realize that the part wasn't available as they stated at their webpage. I ask Ron why he kept my phone number if he did not had intentions to call me back. He just told me that the issue here was that the part wasn't available and hang me up. Tried to call them back to speak to a supervisor and let them know about Ron's bad attitude and they hanged my call more than 10 times. Finally I wasnt able to call again because they block my phone number. They protect employee's bad actitudes instead of try to keep a customer. This is a company with a bad customer service and with a poor updated webpage. People, be advice that this company do not follow up customers request's if they are not going to make money. If the do not make money, they do not care about your needs. I was in a rush to find the part I needed but they did not care. Your money is all they care, not your needs. I do not want to imagine how they take care about part's warranties (Good luck on this). Go and Find another store that cares about your needs more than your money.
