Chad helped me out with immediate assistance when I inadvertently left my contacts in the house I am selling and traveled to my new residence 300 miles away. I've had to do this a few times, as occasionally contacts tear or one falls and isn't quickly located. I am always pleased at the minimal wait time and how quickly I speak to a person.
