He called me and made the adjustments and we were good to go. he made sure that my free gift was included. He was also able to ensure that my order arrived in time even though my order was delayed. I have experienced a problem with 2 contact lenses so far out of a box of 90. I first chatted with Tommy T, who was not empowered to replace the defective lenses. I had ordered lenses online, but accidentally entered the wrong lens power number from the one listed on my prescription. Opti-Contacts caught the error and contacted me immediately to verify the information. James was extremely understanding and helpful.
