Tony B is why I'm writing this review. Opti contacts gets you your contacts pretty fast and I guess at a good price but what are your options? Oc sent me the wrong contacts and he fixed it pretty fast plus honored the discount I had from my original purchase. He went over everything and found the issue then solved the problem. Every time I order from this place it cancels my order and doesn’t give me any information of canceling the order. I end up needing to order somewhere else after a week of waiting. Not a a good website if you need something quick or anything at all. Not recommended. Go to your eye doctor!

After a mix up on my order Max, a customer service representative for OptiContacts provided exceptional customer service to resolve the issue. He provided excellent follow through during the process and was able to resolve my issue. He even had my order expedited. I will order from OptiContacts again based on the company’s price for contacts and their outstanding customer service
