Since I joined Lingoace, my child's Chinese level has improved a lot.

Thank you very much for LingoAce , that's really a perfect platform for children. My kids love LingoAce very much, and the teachers are very patient to interact with the children. The most important thing is that my kids like Chinese more and more.

We are generally very satisfied with Lingoace and I think it’s a great app. It really is the future for online learning. Online learning is very difficult but the app and interactive learning games coupled with the personalised touch from a live teacher is really the perfect combo. Our sales rep Mu Ming has been very proactive and responsive to any of our queries and requirements. As a parent I’m satisfied. For my little learner, well it’s as good as it gets.

We've just started on LingoAce. Our sales rep, Mu Ming, was courteous and approachable. He was attentive to details on my requirements and assisted in the best way he could. He has also been great with follow-up. So far, the teacher assigned has been patient in teaching my son who is not the most interested in Chinese. At least he hasn't been fussing about the lessons so I see it as a positive step. Hope to see results in his Chinese improvement soon.

My kid had been with lingoace for 7 months now. He had gain alot of confidence in his speaking and recognizing of Chinese characters. Something commendable is that the teachers will teach them not only in language but also in thinking. Sentence structure, culture and common knowledge. One whom can capture my son's attention since he is very active. Pre-sales and after-sales Customer service has been very patient and quick responses even on weekends and holidays. Overall good review as service standard did not change even after you have signed up for the course.

My 6yr old started classes with LingoAce 4mths ago and she looks forward to every single class. She enjoys the curriculum and how the class is being conducted. Due to the love for the language now, she is no longer resistant to speaking and reading Chinese and her language has improved.

My 6 years old girl enjoys attending the lesson very much. The teacher is also attentive and encouraging as well. The Customer service is good too!

Teacher is very patience provides good guidance. My son is more confident and willing to speak chinese now! After almost a year lesson, i can see improvement with his chinese results.

My kids who are 5 (preschool) and 8 (SG P2) enjoy their lingoace classes tremendously. The lessons are interactive. Lots of word recognition games especially for the younger child and oral practices for the older child. Lingoace creates a good environment for kids to enjoy learning mandarin. I would recommend any kid to start using this as a learning platform as soon as possible. As it is always easier to learn any language earlier than later! I always had pleasant experiences with the lingoace team :)

Both my kids are 5 years old and to them, the only language is English. We have been trying to converse in Mandarin with them frequently and getting them to watch more cartoons in Chinese. But it does not help to spike their interest; we have asked some of the Chinese enrichment schools around our neighbourhood, we felt that their syllabus for their level is beyond their learning standard. For most enrichment schools, they will be based on their age and categorized them to attend the program. What I like about LingoAce is that, they will assess the kids’ Chinese level and categorized them in accordance with their learning standard and not by their age group. We have started with LingoAce for a couple of lessons now, and I can see that my kids are enjoying it and excited to look forward to their weekly lesson. The session is not too long and it is very interactive for the kids to learn. I am just glad that my kids did not reject learning Chinese and they are enjoying it base on their learning pace.

Wonderful learning experience for my 4 yr-old. The whole signup experience has been a breeze with the Advisor who first reached out to me. Always responsive, polite and knowledgeable with answering my qns. And never invasive— they never called me, it was always via texts, which i always appreciate. The trial class and the classes so far were super fun for my daughter. It’s the way learning should be. Fun and engaging. She enjoys chiness and looks forward to her weekly sessions. Special credit to her lao shi — Ren Lao Shi, who’s done an awesome job engaging and introducing new words to my child in the most patient way. She adapts her teaching style and pace with the student. I m glad to have her as our teacher. Cheers.

My son love to attend their lesson online. The teachers is very encouraging and friendly. The learning advisor is also very helpful in advising on my son learning curve and weakness. Class is interactive and they took the effort to go through the trial class video to decide the most appropriate lesson and also the rapport between the teacher.

A nasty and obscene company, I hope it close as soon as possible; extremely rude and very mean, also they flood your youtube ads. extremely annoying. DO NOT try it.

Annoying marketing style with super meaningless ads.

The first sales was annoying who kept on calling. After he heard I need time he wrote some rude words on his sns. The second was also rude when I told her about the first one, and she hang up the phone. I’ve never met such any rude company like this and would never ever recommend them to any people around me.

We chose to take Chinese lessons with a different company and then Lingoace wouldn't stop calling me. They would call me every day, weekday or weekend and day or night. There is no way to unsubscribe and super annoying.

Class is creative, fun, and useful. helps all children/teens. Dialogues are also very useful, presentation is high quality, and creative elements. Would really reccomend this class. The homework isnt that hard and follows the class.

My first experience with lingoace is excellent - good customer service and good trial experience. In last three days, lingoace became very aggressive. I received 3 phone calls from 3 different people, one phoned me at 11pm. Very annoying and disturbing.
