The teacher is excellent, this is the main reason we like to keep my daughter chinese class here. The system management person work good, too. Sometings, like change the schedule, the management person helps to operate directly on time.

Teacher is just running the syllabus and not interested in bringing the subject alive to the student. Did not help to improve the exam marks.

Good quality of teachers in their pool, good approaches for teaching, designed towards my kid’s particular needs in Chinese learning. Thanks to their entire team effort, from the teacher, to the IT support, and the customer service, they keep my kid motivated on the hard journey of learning Chinese. I also like the added cultural elements in every lesson, as background info, is a good enrichment for language learning.

My daughter has been taking the Chinese lessons since last Summer. Her Chinese has improved gradually in oral speaking, reading and writing. The team and her teacher are professional and excellent!

I am very happy and satisfied with the teacher assigned to us. She is Teacher Kang He. For a non-native Chinese speaker like my daughter, she ensures that my daughter understand the flow of the lesson by translating it to English. But at the same time, ensures that my daughter is learning how to speak, read, and understand Chinese. She’s very patient and she knows how to get my daughter’s attention. What we also like about her is, after every lesson, she make sure to discuss the learning progress of my daughter to us, parents, which is very important. Overall, she’s really really good. 👍🏻😊
