I would give zero start if I could. I had very bad experience with my xue guan, the person suppose to help you and answer questions you have for the program. However, she is unreachable!!! The most of time I have to contact the sales person to seek for help.

My daughter is 5 years old and has been learning Chinese at LingoAce for 4 months now. She loves it after the first class. For the first time, my kids (6 and 8) are willing to learn Chinese. They wanted to continue learning Chinese with LingoAce after the trial classes. My son has been learning Chinese for one month,he takes 1 on 1 class and five times a week , he love to learn Chinese with the teacher together,have fun ,I can hear he laughs at downstairs. LingoAce is a good platform for learning Chinese online. My granddaughter Sophia Mitra 苗詩雅has a five year foundation in the Chinese language education. She can read and write simple Chinese After two teachers, she bonded with the third teacher 李金子and improved speedily in reading the Chinese lessons. She is able to think and understand how to compose her Chinese sentences And we are lucky to have Aaron 劉夕阳who is perfect in English to facilitate the lessons! Hope to be able to buy the Chinese books without any referrals. Lingoace is really great! My 4 years old son loves it! It's not easy to find a good Chinese tutoring in the US. All the teachers are professional school teachers. The customer service is extraordinary. They set a whole team to followup every class and the kids performances. We really love lingoace.

My 5 year old son thoroughly enjoyed his one to one Chinese lessons with LingoAce. The program is well designed with teaching embedded in games and stories! His teacher is very patient and brilliant at guiding him to success, a true professional in early year teaching. He became interested in learning (as oppose to resent it at the beginning) and start to build confidence in expressing himself in Chinese. He also enjoys doing the interactive homework too after each lesson. To him, it's playing games! My 8 year old boy started his journey with LingoAce since summer in 2020. His initiative for learning Chinese was not strong at all, in fact, quite repelling, for no practical requirements as well as parents'terrible teaching skills. One of the most important reasons is lack of confidence in speaking Chinese,which is understandable for a kid. So we made bookings of a taster session with LingoAce and was frankly expecting a firm answer of 'No' from the little boss. However, as you can imagine, genuinely surprised when he said he would like to go back for more lessons. There are couple of bullet points we think may play a key role to shake his mind. Firstly the lessons are very engaging. It is obviously well designed for bilinguals. My boy found it much easier to follow the video and pictures with a tutor waiting through with him. Secondly, the tutor are very professional and caring. They really know well when and how to give compliment and also tackle the difficulties at the right time. It has 1 to 1 lesson and group lesson,for either more academic focused sessions or chilled friendly atmosphere. We have group lessons and children now become good friends and Chinese practice partners. We have been with LingoAce for a year and has extended the registration for another year. The experience learning with LingoAce has built up my boy's confidence of speaking, listening and as well reading. He showed enormous interest and enthusiasm to continue his journey. Nowadays, he can easily chatting with grandparents who only speak Chinese. He can also read Chinese books and reply messages in Chinese for me. I have been lingoace since 2019 . We love the program and teacher. She knows your weaknesses, and always tries to help you get rid of those flaws. If you want to improve your speaking skill, Ms. Deng is a great choice. In each lesson he gives you different topics to discuss, she is willing to correct your grammar while you are speaking, and help you choose the correct words in a sentence.we will continue study Chinese with lingoace.

My older daughter has been studying with Lingoace for a while. I am so inpressed by her improvement in both oral and written Chinese. So I signed up for my younger one. At the beginning she resisted to open her mouth. The teachers encouraged her with the interesting stories that lingoace provides.
