My daughter has been learning with LingoAce for 6 months now. We take 1-on-1 class twice a week, and our teacher from LingoAce has been delivering consistent and high-quality Chinese lessons. I'm happy to see my daughter bonding with the teacher despite the distance. One note on LingoAce's product though, it's a bit troublesome to get "referral rewards" on LingoAce. The product experience is not fine tuned.

After the free course trial, my kids didn't like the experience and I kindly informed lingoace salesperson of not registrating. Since then, I keep receiving calls from them every night; despite of having asked them several times of removing my name from their contact list. I know they want to increase their sales, but this is aggressive and harassing marketing and should be stopped.

Tried the lingoace online Chinese lesson fOr my son. Fro the whole process the teacher got his name wrong, and the customer service got his gender and age wrong. And then the arrogant sales/customer service started to push sale, ah, not push, it was almost a force sale. 😨very bad experience, maybe it is time to upgrade your sales personnel!

The two stars are for their teacher and curriculum. I only gave two stars because the people who call themselves “Xue Guan” / school management have created many confusing issues. They called my child by the wrong name, changed teacher a day before the first class without notifying us, refused to give the teacher’s information and background, sent unrelated messages, gave contradictory replies, and to redeem the extra classes they agreed to gave when I signed up, they ridiculously said I have to share their posters to my social media networks to recommend their classes! I’d rather leave it not to ruin my reputation. I’m not going to recommend unprofessional services especially school services to my friends. Instead I recommend staff training to those who call themselves “Xue Guan”. It is shame that I am not renewing the classes because of their horrible service and bad attitude.

My Primary 3 daughter, Destiny attended her First trial lesson with LingoAce and she was excited about it. Signing up for the trial lesson was a breeze. After submitting form, a representitive contacted me and gave me the dates and timing for schedule. instructions were clear. During lesson, the Teacher was very amicable and patient towards my daughter. The lessons had hands on interaction and pictures to capture her attention.After lesson there is homework and playback video so i could understand her journey as well. I think it is a good enrichment for the kids of all ages. Will definitely recommend my friends with kids to join in. Thank you

I really want to like this program since I was recommended by so many other parents. The teachers and curriculum are good. Just that the customer service is terrible!!!!

Changed upon the lingoace’s trial and signed up for my little girl. Initially she was shy but she quickly warmed up to the teacher and had lots of fun interacting with the teacher. She enjoy her session and was all with smiles throughout the session. As a parent, I like how the post lesson review was done. The teacher shared her observation and made recommendations on how to help her strengthen her Chinese language. It’s a good experience and I highly recommend this to friends who are searching for online Chinese enrichment for their kids.

I think overall the study material is helping my daughter to improve her mandarin more. the way the teacher teach my daughter also fun, the teacher always encourage her to speak more and tell her to not being shy.

My daughter really enjoys the lessons, she's had 5 lessons so far, she has made good progress. Her teacher is very suitable for her. I am so pleased that I have found lingoace.

The lesson is interactive and follows MOE syllabus. I’m glad Dylan is responsive and Teacher Hedda is very patient and nice! She is able to keep my boy engaged and interested throughout the lesson! She also teaches him the correct strokes to write Chinese characters. With Teacher Hedda’s encouragement, Dylan is more confident in answering in mandarin. 👏🏻👏🏻 He totally enjoyed the session ! Told me he would like to continue with the program! I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

The gamified courseware is very attractive to my son who now wants to attend lessons every day to meet his teacher, Ms Yang. Course materials are well designed and easy to navigate through. 30 minute lessons are just the right length. Pricing is reasonable.

Great mandarin learning platform! My daughter absolutely loved this interactive online learning.

My 5-year old girl had attended about 6 classes since started. Overall, I am very satisfied with Lingoace. First of all, the teacher is very patient. I find that it is extremely important to my girl as at times, she is not very confident to speak out her answer or simply not sure what to do, but the teacher is very patient and guide her. I see my girl improve over the classes and very please with it. On the other hand, I think I must comment about its platform. Lingoace has quite a good platform, but actually I didn't know some useful features until I play around within its system. The features I find useful are: (1) All the attended classes are recorded! It means you can replay it and go thru with your lo again or let the lo see herself how she answer or perform during the class. I tried replay for my girl, and she will shout out the answer which she unable to do it in her first attempt in the class. Nice features for revision. (2) Homework is able to view and also download from the platform. Some homework can be done online, some can download and print out. (3) Book and cancel classes online. Though I seldom use this feature as there is a wechat group for my girl schedule, this is still useful as I can self-service when I want to. Overall, I will recommend Lingoace as a online platform for learning Chinese.

Our kids did a trial class and enjoyed it immensely, we have signed both of them up for regular classes and this is one of the few online classes, and very few Chinese classes, that they actually enjoy!
