I booked a cab on Friday 11th December at approx 2:00-2:15 to take my 86 year old father & myself to Whipps Cross Hospital.On the way there I noticed the driver had a cough! he was wearing a face covering at first, but needed to sip some water to help. He then chose not to cover his mouth & nose & wear the face mask under his chin, for the rest of our journey,which I didn't feel comfortable with, as my father was sitting next to him. You expect your customers to follow these guidelines, when using your cabs, so quite rightly your drivers should do the same. I was very dissapointed by his actions, especially in the current situstion.

Easy way to book my taxi. The only problem I have is trying to book a cab in advance it seems only book for now and not later.
