Scott from Jolt turned up on time and was friendly and really great to deal with. Despite an issue with the cabling I had had laid by another contractor Scott managed to resolve the issue and completed my install. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy despite it being a fairly tricky install. Thanks Scott, and would full recommend Jolt for an EV install.

I got the EV charger installed by Michael from Jolt. He was quite professional, completed the installation on time and he made sure that I was completely happy before he left. The overall experience I had with Jolt was quite nice and professional as well. I just sent them a video with some details on the installation requirements, they came up with a detailed quote pretty quickly and completed the installation as requested and as per the quote.

The experience with Jolt has been great all the way. When I enquired and booked the installation of an Ohme EV Charger, I was quickly contacted by Jolt and had an install date agreed. Come the day of installation and Scott arrived and started laying the cables. No sooner had Scott completed his very neat work, than Michael arrived to fit the EV Charger. Wonderfully polite and personable, Michael got on with his bit. When complete, Michael took time to take me through downloading the app, registering the charger and how to use it. Great service. Turned up bang on time. They did a quick run through of what needed to be done with me and then cracked on with the installation. Several hours later, I had a fully functional system monitoring every aspect of the houses power, which can then charge my car with solar energy when it's available. I'm extremely happy with their work and the system I now have.

Jolt Ltd's service has been spot on from start to finish. Martin was quick to respond from my first enquiry and was very helpful with his advise. My email accepting their quote was followed up by Martin within 5 minutes and I was offered an installation date for just a couple of days time (lucky they had just had a cancellation). Scott turned up on time to carryout the installation and was polite, helpful and efficient in fitting our Zappi. He explained how it all worked and left everything tidy on his departure. I can highly recommend using Jolt Ltd.

Excellent service. I had a Ohme pro fitted by the team. They were very knowledgable about their products and were completely unbiased in their view of the various chargers they install. The install took just under 3 hours and the cables were very neatly fitted to the front of the house. The installer left the work area nice and tidy and have a full overview of the product and it’s app. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommended
