Definitely 5 stars! We chose a Zappi charger and got quotes via their website. Only Martin bothered to call and also came out to do a site survey and discuss the cabling route. Michal installed the charger and was polite, tidy and patient with all our questions. A seamless job from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. The jolt engineer installed my new Ohme EV charger today and I can honestly say it was the best customer experience I’ve had outside of a Michelin Star restaurant. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I recently had an Ohme EV charger installed by Jolt and I can’t praise this company highly enough. Martin responded to my enquiry within a few hours and came out to undertake a site survey as we had a non-standard installation with the complication of a Victorian House and the charger being sited at the opposite side of the house to the electricity meter. None of this phased Martin and he talked me through the options (which no other firm had been able to do). Michal did an amazing job of the installation and came up with a creative solution to avoid unsightly wires running through the inside or outside house. He then took the time to help me set up the app and familiarise myself with the charger. I have been absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish both in terms of customer service and the quality of workmanship. Would thoroughly recommend !

Jolt were very helpful ahead of the installation and the installation engineer did a great job on the day. First class communications. Very pleased.

Martin and Michael both great throughout. Very speedy communications, quickly found a charger before other firms seem to have been able to, very tidy quick install. The original Zappi I received was defective but not down to Jolt. Quickly helped in sorting the problem and replacing the defective unit.

Very impressed with the highly professional service provided by Jolt (installation of a Wallbox charger). Communication with Martin before the installation was good, including rearranging a date at short notice at my request. The installer, Michal, was very informative and professional, as well as being friendly. He carried out the work efficiently and did an excellent job of clearing up. He explained to us how the charger worked, the wallbox app, etc. very clearly after it was installed. Overall, we felt in safe hands and we are very pleased with the work done by Jolt and with the Wallbox charger.

Just had an Ohme pro EV charger fitted by Martin. He took great care in making sure the installation was done with minimal effect on my Grade II listed house. Very neat and clean job. We had discussions before the work commenced and Martin was very sympathetic to my requirements. I am glad I chose Jolt to do the work.

Just had an Andersen A3 EV charger installed by Martin from Jolt EV chargers. Martin was the only EV charger installer who was prepared to come and do a site visit. His quote was competitive and he did a great job on the installation, making sure I was fully happy with the install and the charger before he left. Martin made sure to clean up after his work, helped me get connected with the app and that my solar charging was working. I’d highly recommend Jolt Charging as they do the work themselves and don’t just subcontract it out. Well done Jolt Charging!

We had Jolt install our Wallbox charger. The installation was fast, neat and professional. Martin, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and did a very good job. We are very happy with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Jolt.

Not all Charger fitters are the same ! Martin at Jolt had a competitive quote but what swung it were the glowing Trust pilot reviews. My install was non standard as we have 3 phase domestic power and I needed someone who knew what they were doing ! And Martin does. After seeing my fuse board he still took the trouble to double check, whilst on site, with the charger manufacturer, that my set up was compatible with charger. It thankfully was but more importantly it was reassuring to know that he’d taken the trouble to check. It’s also the little things like using discrete cable clips so that the finished job looks top notch. All I can say is the reviews I read were spot on and I can honestly say with Jolt you will get a competitive quote and most importantly an excellent install with sound piece of mind. Plus all the paperwork is also taken care of by Jolt which is also brilliant.

The whole process of booking an installation took less than 2 weeks. The company explained the process well and kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend.
