The policy of ( no returns ) for all handbags ( purchasing from Kuwait) , is not comfortable for me, when I don’t like the handbag ,actually I stopped buying from the website after 10 failed purchases!!

You will almost certainly make less than the quote they give you. They photographed my item covered in lint, are selling it at an unreasonably high price, and are only now mentioning there is a $600 customs fee if I want to cancel the sale. Having worked with several consignment stores, I have never been asked to pay fees this high to get back an item that's already mine. They want to encourage you to leave your things with them for 1 year in the hopes that you'll settle for the gradually lowered prices every month, leaving you with a very low payout. Disappointing experience. Edit: Laughable that in their response they say they're looking for my contact info. I've been emailing for 2 months now with no response whatsoever. This is the same email they were responding on before I sent my bag over so I know it's right. Truly just want my bag back at this point.

Totally agree with customer below. I gave a lot of my items and over the years back in 2020 they sold and I’m very busy as a person and the prices after a certain time dropped and were sold WAY BELOW as per their terms of drop discounts! a price that til date I am so upset about. It was a Gucci briefcase item and I ended up getting under 700aed..It was in very good condition. Sometimes I doubt if these items are sold to customers and not resold elsewhere be bought second company because til today I am so upset and for my new LV loafers over 2.5k ended up being sold for 700aed and they hold me accountable for not checking, I may have reduced the price one.. then automatically on some month they just dramatically reduced. I lost a a lot of money. I have so much regret. I never used them again! I don’t think they quote fair prices on good conditioned items. They will never offer me any money now for the damage that has been done. 2 bag values at (suitcase around 15k sold at 645aed) other was also around 16k sold for just over a 1k. Few years ago but I am still very upset on top they take their funds. I asked them once when I called that I wanted to see customers invoice because I just couldn’t believe they would sell it that low but they refused.
