They have really good pricing on luxury items, return policy makes it easy to shop with confidence, and TLC cash is a bonus along with frequent promotional offers. I have 4 stars because the customer service can use some improvements. FYI the “make an offer” option is almost useless, most offers are even denied at sometimes 20.00 or less of asking price or never responded to. In my experience I have made more than 30 offers some of which I offered 25.00 off price and it was denied. Out of the offers I submitted only about 3 were accepted.

XL size , I received a Medium sized shirt (with no label of size on the item …but by wearing it , I can definitely say it’s Medium) in unexpected excellent condition. There was no sign of ever been worn or been used . That made me think that the initial advertising was misleading. Well…an item that comes in “better” than advertised condition , without a size label…makes me suspicious about the authenticity of the item and definitely very confident that whoever advertised the item may have never checked both the condition nor the correct sizing. I was offered to initiate a return process, but with a very tight time slot of 3 days return policy , the whole idea is just impossible. The item was received 3rd o April and I managed to check it on the 6th because I was very busy. Ooops…..3 days had already passed. No Luxury (or Fauxury should I say Closet order …Never again )

I'm sharing my personal experience with everyone so they can be more informed before transacting with this company: First of all, buyers beware of suspicious request such as the one I got from Luxury Closet - I made a purchase on the 30/03/2024, the payment actually required 2-factor authentication from my bank, and it went through successfully after my bank had messaged me my One-Time-Pin (OTP). As confirmed by my bank, this is the most secure payment method, meaning it shouldn't flag as fraudulent and most importantly, all bank-generated OTP messages MUST remain private and NOT TO BE SHARED. For reasons that the Luxury Closet is unable to disclose, this company asked me to share my PHOTO ID and my bank's OTP message via unsecure/ unencrypted email. Which sends off EVERY ALARM BELL. I've redacted and complied with the document request and proceeded, the amount of fake/inaccurate/dishonest reviews on this company have successfully lulled me into a false sense of security. Secondly, all buyers beware of their unclear/hard-to-locate terms and conditions. At no point upon checking out; paying or speaking with their customer service, was I informed that my item is NOT going to be shipped for 18+ days after payment. So to recap, I've been out thousands of dollars since March, this company has taken my money, and then solicited highly sensitive and private personal data from me, all so they can refuse to ship me my purchase within a reasonable timeframe. Keep away!!

United States | 25 March 2024Order number 224912 It’s been over 3 years and still haven’t received my item or refund. If i could give negative five stars I would. First off they block me from texting them, ignored my emails when I tell them it’s me and blocked my from all social sites due to the fact I never received my order and went through my bank and everything and they said they would help me and never did. Went to court and everything and showed documentation that I won the case by the judge by default since they never showed up and even offer to refund me half the money before the court date and still didn’t refund me. Even when I spoke to their lawyer Simin Sarosh Sheik and supervisor prabat tyagi they said they would refund me I will do whatever it takes to bring y’all down until I get my refund and report to the business bureau. Don’t recommend anyone from buying from here.

United States | 09 March 2024I ordered an extremely expensive piece of fine jewelry. The package was stolen in transit AS CONFIRMED BY THE CARRIER DHL. DHL researched the issue and confirmed the package was damaged at their sort facility and cannot be located. I never received my order and conclusively will never receive my order, but The Luxury Closet have kept my money and have not refunded me. It has been 60 days since I placed the order. I have been reaching out to The Luxury Closet every day for 2 months but they have not refunded me and are intentionally avoiding my attempts to get in touch and ignoring all my emails. They have offered no solution and seemingly do not ever intend to. I feel scammed out of $8000.00 USD. Deplorable customer service and illegal business practices - Buyers beware.

They canceled and asked me to reorder. Again I had to offer a lower price, wait for 2 days to be get accepted. The 3rd time that I did the item was instantly sold. Waste of time and money.
