I’ve previously bought some amazing shoes & today a wonderful vintage Chanel bag came (a week earlier than I expected). Items shipped from UAE & arrive within a week & condition of both even better than described. Just be prepared for additional extra £ you will need to pay in tax (to UK courier); though still much better value than purchasing here. Documentation provided to confirm provenance -though quality obvious/ reliable. Will now check site first whenever wish to treat myself in future -can’t recommend more strongly.

Australia | 05 August 2021After purchasing a pair of shoes that did not fit, I contacted The Luxury Closet as I was past the eligible date of return for some help. I was emailed personally with clear instructions, printing labels, and many reassuring emails. Pick-up was organized by DHL with free returns and pickup from my residence. The after-purchase service was incredible! Hands down the best service of any online purchase I have made. The refund was made immediately after the product arrived in Dubai. I have used many consignment agencies but this is definitely my best experience, and will be reordering! 100% recommend!

United States | 05 August 2021My shopping Experience was excellent I love my new Chanel bag it looks even better in person the only Downside about the luxury closet is you have to pay your own duty and taxes which i wasn't complete Aware of when I made my purchase because this was my 1st time buying from the website I live in the US so the Percentage wasn't that bad I spent 4500 on the bag and 495 in duty and taxes which also included dhl fee for acting as a broker which I found out you need when received something from outta of the country. 495 is around the normal you would pay if you spent 4k in the store.so I wasn't really tripping about paying it but for future purchases I will not spend over 2K on the website so that should cut that price duty and taxes price in half. also after reading some bad reviews about people saying they items wasn't authentic for my Piece of mind I also got it authenticated with a app Call legit app and it came back 100 Percentage authentic thank you TLC you just gained a repeating customer

Next day I got an email about how my order got cancelled due to "a change in the item's condition" and that the watch was returned to the seller. I called directly to let TLC know that I do not mind receiving the watch. I got a reply, from the same person by email saying that the watch's battery has leaked and destroyed the whole movement, along with missing back screws. I replied back that I would still like to have the watch. I was told that they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. That was in march 2nd. 25 days later I contacted another customer service agent to ask for Kanika, I was told that she was on her absence leave and that the case was handed to another agent. I reply to her email periodically and I get ignored. Now more than 4 months later I am surprised that the watch "with a destroyed movement that can't be repaired and needs to be replaced and is in unwearable condition", that was also returned to the seller, is back on sale at a higher price. I am aware that watches with modified movements can not be sold on TLC, so how was this watch relisted? I hate lies. each time TLC comes up with an apology and an excuse. TLC's customer service agents never reply on time.. You have a shortage ? Hire more people! This is ridiculous. You can not imagine the time I wasted contacting Your customer service agents and writing emails and shopping on your site and this is what I get. Is this what you do to Your customers ? Of course not all the agents you have are unprofessional but some were very bugging and never got back to me.

I had the same bad which i wanted to sell they gave me a price which was very low and the bag was brand new. I called them and they said it could be a mistake and no one showed up. Giving this low price will redeem the credibility, now I regret i bought the same bag ( with different color) from you. Plus it put doubts for the authenticity. Thanks

Ireland | 18 June 2021I ordered a pair of shoes from the Luxury Closet for €170 that retail at €500. They were practically brand new. When they arrived I felt like I had bought them brand new. They were packaged in a way that made me feel I had ordered from Aquazzura themselves. I ordered them to Ireland on Sunday and they were delivered that Thursday. I thought they would take a lot longer considering delivery was free. I think their customer service team are really helpful and always there to answer questions with the live chat. I did have to pay duty charges to DHL but that's to be expected anyways. Even with the fee I still felt like I did very well and got a practically brand new pair of shoes for half the retail price! I will definitely use the Luxury Closet again!

The condition was better than I was expecting as it was advertised as well used, so this was a pleasant surprise. I have waited to write this review as I wanted to confirm the bag authentic via a third party I really trust. They have confirmed authentic. I am delighted with the service and the bag. United Kingdom | 07 June 2021I live in the UK & I've found their website good because of the interesting items on but i've made purchase twice now and the hefty DUTY & VAT that comes back is HEART BREAKING! There's no option to pay this during purchase and the vendour (LC) tells the courier service (DHL) to collect this sum from the receiver- so you're left with no choice but to pay it! LITERALLY 20% on top of what u've already spent on the website plus an extra small fee for handling! It will be my last time on their!

I bought a pair of Alexander Mcqueens that are (Brand New) for my boyfriend it is an anniversary gift. I was skeptical about this site after first but still decide to proceed with the order. I actually received the item today and they came in great packaging. I wanted to make sure that the item I received was authentic so I used an app/site called “Legit App” they wanted a very good description and very specific pictures of the item. I took a whole a lot of pictures so that they could verify the product without any problems. I received my review within 20-30 mins. They are authentic Alexander Mcqueens. I give the store thumbs up.

Like : “ get additional 10% on everything above 500$ But max 100 $ discount can be availed “ Are you serious ?? I just purchased something worth 3200 $ and how is 10% only 100 $ . Then put your offer right that only items below 1000 $ are on this offer . Don’t deceive people. This is happening for the second time with me . And I am not happy. Also found some pricing mistakes . As items were priced incorrectly - more than new items in the boutique and took me so long to point out your mistake . The only good experience is with Arimdaam from the personal shopping , who was responsive and helpful unlike anybody else .
