Morocco | 14 February 2021une trés mauvaise expérience je leur ai envoye mes article pour les vendre ils ont pris se qu'ils veulent les autre article pour me les faire retourner j'ai payé le retour et j'ai bien dis a leur service de mettre mes articles dans une petite boite. pas une géante la !! la douane a saisie mes articles aucune garantie d'un bon retour de leur part ! j'ai perdu mes 10 articles retourné en plus de sa !!!!!!!!!!!!!! j'ai remarqué qu'ils ont leur boutique en ligne chez www. vestiaire collective . com !!!!!!! ils vendent laba leur articles ! ils te montre un bon prix pour tes articles au premier coup apres reception de leur part les prix sont redui automatiquement ! tu vois tes articles vendu a des prix trop bas ! et tu ne peux rien faire ! vraiment trop dessu une perte totale avec eux

As for your cameras, I’m sure your staff knows very well where the cameras are fixed and they must be expert in avoiding it while doing their SCAM!!! Reading previous reviews it’s very clear she is not the only one you did this fraud with, there are many people posted how thrives and fraud you are! I’m very shocked you have the blunt to perform a fraud and accuse her for the exchange! SHAME ON YOU!!! Group of GANGS AND THIEVES!!! United States | 01 February 2021I apologise for how long my story is going to be. My first shopping experience with The Luxery Closet was horrible. I needed a simple thing, to see a peace of jewellery as I could not see the damage on the pictures, but was mentioned in a description. I was asked to sent e mails with my request. No response after that. Than talked in several occasions with call centre, where I was told that my request is sent by them to a certain department. To cut the story short it took more then 2 weeks (and I needed it fast as it was supposed to be a gift) to finely get the number of the capable employee , Mr Fahad. Because of his professionalism, speed and availability he changed my mind and kept me as a customer ( after first experience I was planning never again to buy anything from The Luxery Closet, and also to withdraw all my items that were there for sale because this is also how they are selling my things). And every next time when I needed assistance he was without flaws. I hope that The Luxery Closet will acknowledge his hard work and hire more people like him.

Of course I needed to pay 60 euros duty import tax (23 percent VAT in Poland) but Aspinal of London bag was amazing, everything is perfect, I can see that the bag was gently used, shipment took only 4 days. The bag with leather strap and dustbag were inside. Everything looks amazing. I am sorry for someone that had bad experience but I had amazing experience with The Luxury closet.
