United Kingdom | 04 May 2021I purchased a bag from Lc, I was very aware of looking at the final price inclusive of P&P. As soon as the money was taken out there was a discrepancy, added costs for currency change and fees to do this ! From here I contacted them and didn’t receive any reply. I was then sent emails from DHL stating I had to pay £141. This is now nearly £180 over the total I had paid. I had checked and made a point of watching the final figure and am sorely dissapointed this was not transparent. I definitely would not have made the purchase. I have contacted the company at least three more times to cancel this order, again no reply. I finally get a very nice message off Kushal but offering a different option which I didn’t want. Since replying again nothing. No reply and i am £600 down. I just want this transaction cancelled and a refund given. I don’t think this is unreasonable. My order no is 193924

United States | 20 April 2021I purchased a VCA bracelet on March 31. They never shipped it. I had to follow up with them every single day. They said the stamp had some fading about 8 9 days into the purchase. I said it's ok. They said they would ship. Fast forward a week later. I didnt hear anything from them. I followed up with them again, they said the same thing, there's some fading and they are waiting for their experts. Nobody ever sent me a single email. I had to inquire about it every day. Until today and after I initiated the follow up, they said they would not ship and would "request" a refund. I have been waiting for 3 weeks. I had to dispute my purchase with Paypal. They would not issue a refund on their own. Do not believe their canned response. I know they would respond with a sympathetic essay but believe me. They did not send a single follow up email after my purchase and yes I waited 21 days to hear they would cancel it and "request" a refund which i dont know when i would receive it. You better off buying from Fashionphile where they have better selections and much greater customer service. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Buy at your own risk. This business is shady.

Australia | 16 April 2021Very disappointed. Spent over AUD$1900 on a second hand YS bag. I received an email from The Luxury Closet informing me that the bag I had purchased was not as described on their site. I informed them that because it wasn't in the immaculate condition described, I wanted a refund. They informed me that they had already sent it out, to look at it and see if I was satisfied. Within 2 days of that email, the bag had arrived in Australia and DHL wanted a further AUD$400 duty for the bag. I informed DHL that I didn't want the bag as the seller should have informed me that it was not as described and to return it straight to back to the seller. The seller received and signed for the bag 3 days ago (13/4/21). I put the case in on 19th of March and am still awaiting my refund. Luxury Closet had no right to send out the item PRIOR to checking with me whether I would be satisfied with a less than described condition. Not happy and will not be buying from here in the future.

They arrived very quickly and the shoes were better than what was described but when I tried them on, they were a bit too big. They have free returns and so I sent the shoes back. The process was seamless and I got a full refund. I would extremely happy to buy from them again and highly recommend them

Seems like a deal but not worth it, returning the item now, which I was only able to do because I paid through paypal. I emailed to get a refund and never received a response so without paypal I would have been out of pocket. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's not worth it, I still had to pay for the shipping costs to return as well as tax on arrival of the item into the UK (which was over £100) End of the day I am out of pocket.
