People are not stupid despite falsely positive assessment and false reviews What lamentable I did not ask for cancellation, but the information before sends to avoid a return as I ask the question 10 days before 20 emails and watsup several times is in the end answered me nonsense of what right to cancel without my agreement and resell to another person? This really 0 zero and incorrect if you work this way, you will lose customers so as you say I cancel why the refund is not as fast as the cancellation?? Very, very disappointed! Very very bad 👎🏼👎🏾👎🏿 Don't leak good and no big deal

I am usually a fan of this company but I'm having a super frustrating issue with them at the moment. For some items there is a 'make an offer' option. Which I did. I got an e-mail explaining the process and in somewhat wishy washy words explains the seller now has 3 days to review the offer "Your order will get confirmed if the seller accepts your offer. If it gets rejected, the authorized amount on your credit card will be reverted back after 72 hours". So my credit card has been charged for the amount I have offered. Thats a few thousand dirhams... the seller has 3 days to review. If the person is not interested they will refund the money (which can take an additional 7 days). I have been waiting nearly 48 hours. Its entirely too long to find out if someone wants to sell their item. I tried calling the number provided on the e-mail sent - it never gets picked up. I found an alternative number. Spoke to a very nice lady who listened to my issue and said she'd pass it onto management. There's no communication. There's no: hey the seller will sell it to you if you add hundred dirhams to your offer... I am now faced with a situation where I have to wait another 24 hours to see if the offer goes through. Which looks unlikely (who needs 3 days to think a sale through) - and then I need to find a new gift for my friend - spend money again and wait for the luxury closet to return my funds.... I am holding on to a glimmer of hope that the sale will go through. But its messy and the situation makes me feel super uncomfortable, poor management at its best, scammers at its worst... I know this company is better than that - but it is super frustrating. I really don't recommend the 'make an offer' option. Its too complicated.

They sent me a literal fake Versace Belt. I went through authenticators to see if it was real and it was fake. Not only that they give you a "3 day return". So you only have 3 days to "return" your fake item if you figure out that it's fake. However I'm in the process of trying to return it and I'm sure it's not even going to give me my money back. DON'T USE, LITERAL SCAM WITH FAKE ITEMS. EDIT/UPDATE: They did give me a full refund on my items after sending the issue to PayPal, I sent the item back and they gave me a full refund. Still a very tedious and unpleasant experience with a fake belt. I wouldn’t buy from here again.

I have been happy with the efficient processing of my purchases. Any questions have been expeditiously answered thru email. My handbags have been as described on website. FYI, be prepared to receive an email from DHL to pay your duty tax before your products can be delivered. Price will vary for each item due to price of product purchased. US customs will provide dollar amount of duty tax. Be aware that you will need to pay this prior to DHL delivering the products. Enjoy your products.

I was disappointed that during checkout, they ask for your details to register as a new customer (which triggered an email for a lovely $50 discount code....) however it was not made clear at all during checkout that by registering I would receive such code. Therefore, I continue on and proceed to checkout, go to my inbox to look for my confirmation email.... and THEN realize there was a new customer discount code I could have used!! It needs to be more clear to the customers while checking out that they will receive a code, so they can check their inbox before checking out. I was really disappointed that I was not aware of the code sent to me until after I had paid. I reached out to TLC (literally seconds after I had confirmed payment) and they said there was no way in the system to apply the code after checkout was complete. Please make it more visible to customers that they will receive this code before checking out (since registering is just part of the checkout process, and no way to know you’ve gotten a discount code just for registering!) This was disappointing, and then yes the “free shipping” is a little deceiving considering the high custom duties (£240 on a £900 bag!!). It is there on their website in fine print but I didn’t think it was made clear during checkout process, and was super surprised since I’ve purchased other goods internationally before.

The Luxury Closet is FOS!!!! I ordered a bag paid for it and then they refused to send it to me claiming they could not confirm identity. I was using PAYPAL so that should never have been an issue. Although the refunded my money I never received my bag. And then they told me I could order it again at a $200 mark up. I was extremely disappointed and felt like that was a SCAM. Making me believe I could purchase a bag for $527 and then marking it up to almost $800 let me know this company is FOS!!! Before this transaction was finalized I ordered a LV wallet - but due to the way my first order was handled I allowed for my second order to be cancelled - knowing that I would loose 25% of my deposit based on their website disclosure. I was fine with that. However, the LUXURY CLOSET decided keep all of my money. With a long BS explanation of why I would not receive at least my partial refund I am now IRATE!!!! I am now reporting this company to anybody and every media outlet that I can find. DO NOT use this company. They do not uphold a commitment to customers and they try to ROB folks of their hard earned money.

At first I saw the positive reviews and I googled them thinking they were legit. But they sent me a FAKE Gucci watch I ordered via Modesens. Trying to return it is a slow and awful process. Will not be shopping from TheLuxuryCloset ever again. This company does not guarantee authenticity. It is a scam.

When i bought 2 pieces of jewlery from them i was happy... n i decided to sell 4 of my used bags(gucci fendi coach longchamp) with them I read the details and they said to keep 25-35 percent of profit... i was like okay lets go ahead... After my bags went on sale i noticed a huge diference in the price they show me in MY ITEMS and the price being displayed on site.... for instance a bag they claimed by being sold at 900sar was bring sold at 1900 sar, and my payout was only 500sar I contacted them about price difference... and they said they will deduct admin charges in addition to 25% they claimed they take.... so puting it together they end up taking about 75% of profit(you also have to bear bank transfer charges) And if you let them manage prices they keep reducing your payout untill it goes lower than 100$ and then they will not even transfer it through the bank.. and then they tell you to send a relative living in dubai to collect your meager amount of money I got some money from 2 bags... and the coach bag they sold had such a low payout that it cant be transfered by bank..... they told me they will transfer payments of 2 bags together... but they didnt and my last bag’s payment is stuck with them unless i manage to find a relative in dubai.... so they made profit off My bag and im left with nothing.... these shameless thieves didnt even bother to write an email to me about this issue.... iv been calling/emailing them Edit: my payment finally got tranfered through paypal when i haunted them everyday!! DONT SELL WITH THEM!!

ATTENTION! ABSOLUTELY AVOID! Don’t let yourself be foolish by the “lifetime warranty”, “authenticity guaranteed” and wonderful customer service. If you are intending to buy serious stuff, avoid this company like the devil! I’ve lived in Dubai many years and sold many of my non used designer accessories through their website. However, when I decided to take the plunge, ended up buying a fake Hermes Scarf, for what they have refunded me, and a Birkin Bag that was not the one listed in the website!!! Exactly! I bought one bag for US$ 17,000 and got delivery another one! Same size, same color, same hardware, different stamp code?!!! What?!!! And guess what they are trying to do to help? Trying to say the bag I have is not the bag they sold me! Of course! Easy right? They list a gorgeous bag, sell a fake bag and blame the client ...run! Run! Run! Quick update after TLC response just to add it’s all a canned answer, because of course this lifetime warranty is a joke, otherwise they wouldn’t be avoiding me like the plague! Funny thing, because here they act like they are super nice and trustworthy, but they don’t reply my messages and don’t answer my calls and, therefore, had left me with the suspicion of having bought a fake bag completely on my own, after having sold me a fake scarf, be aware! I’ve hired myself, at my own expenses, an authentication service that concluded that the bag they sold me is definitely not the bag they have listed. To make things even creepier because all the documents they said they have shared with me are referred to the bag they have listed and never existed! Keep running!!!

Bought a Gucci T-shirt for 250 dollars. It then arrives 3 days later but then had to pay an extra 90 dollars for import charges. I don't know if it's just DHL shipping that does that or not but I never had that done to me before when I received items from around the world. I wish you could pick what shipping company that would send you the item. Either way, they are a great online clothing shop.

After being surprised by the courier asking for a further £70 for excise duty, it would be nice if you made this absolute clear this is another additional cost incurred, when you advertise free shipping, then I would expect this was included. Not until you look into the smaller detail this is then mentioned. Think free shipping is misleading, I have bought from businesses shipping from overseas and not once have they stated free shipping for me to then be hit with 30% of the cost as additional outlay.

I recently placed an order with tlc. Their service was IMPECCABLE. I had about a hundred requests and complicated instructions and they were quick to reply, go out of their way to get in touch with me if there were complications and managed to deliver my order so quickly as I had a tiny timeframe by when I could receive it (so tiny that other places might have not taken the order). Extremely grateful to the wonderful and kind staff that truly goes out of their way and makes shopping here such a lovely experience. Will DEFINITELY be coming back

Right after I write this very positive, DETAILED, lol, glowing review about my experience with the Luxury Closet I go on the site to do some looking around only to discover they have discontinued the pay and reserve feature! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Honestly, this was the only way I was able to purchase my handbag and would be the only way I could continue to shop with them. All the other site's offer a reserve option, guess that's where I'll shop! Big bummer C. J. Madison
