How can you pass a bag off with discoloured handles and scratches all over it as "gently used" not to mention the strong smell🤢 which you also failed to mention. Yuck i feel disgusting just touching the bag. Obviously now i have to go through a lengthy returns process with not only yourselves but also DHL to get my import duties back too. Actually disgusted.

I woke up to find that most the items in my wishlist are more expensive than they were priced. I do not understand how we can trust a platform that claims transparency and honesty and great customer service when the most important requirement between a customer and client is consistency and honesty. I have bought so may items from them thinking that they have indeed respect for these values but I am really disappointed and angry. One of the bags I bought was advertised as going for cheaper and I was priced the older expensive price when I reported it to customer service, he simply insulted my intelligence by claiming that is VAT not a price discount. he simply ignored my next email because I had already paid.

I liked an Hermès Birkin bag but raised a tiny issue about the color. Karam was quick to arrange for the Authentication documents and took care of my queries, even sending the bag to my home for my own verification. I Really loved the bag but the fact that Karam has been great all throughout the process (especially handling my doubt) made me decide to actually buy it! I did my due diligence of course and did a separate authentication myself. Thank you Karam!
