As a seller on Luxury Closet, I would advise against buying from this company and definitely selling through them. They owe me more than 2000 saudi riyals and for over 2 years they've failed to investigate. I've sent them complete bank statements and still nothing. Protect your items and your money from this dishonest and disorganized business

Your procedures are ridiculous. 1. Payments after you sell our items come one month later, Vestaire as soon as buyer has possession. 2. Return of items that cost in the thousands are treated with dismay, after my items worth over 3 thousand dollars went to incorrect address No Tracking was provided, disgraceful! You have no regard that a stranger said they know me while I am overseas and you cannot provide me with the first name of the scribbled signature! You should not be allowed to profit off Australians as we do not do business like this you should be banned! Thank you and please find my items 2 months later. A store where you can find truly iconic gems for a really sweet price!! I found a handbag here that I had been looking for for a long time and had no longer expected to find!!! And in super good condition! And the price was such that I initially thought that I could not see correctly...!! To top it off, delivery was also free...!!! Whereas the package arrived very quickly! Easy process Authentic merchandise

Perfect choice never though that my experience would be such a great like this one. Also items are genuine which is surprising.

If you have a problem they make it difficult to fix. I only buy when they mark something so low I can’t say no. This isn’t the first place I go to online for luxury resale purchasing. I have updated my review to say don’t buy their response. This company will give you a major attitude if you have a problem. I was shocked to read this bogus statement to sound as if they care. The Luxury closet is headed in the same direction of the RealReall because they think that customer service isn’t important . Failed customers = failed sales and profit. Again let me say I only shop when the price is so low it makes the risk of dealing with the luxury closet to take the reward. Resale is popping up all over the place and the consumer now has choices. Fashionphile, love luxury, lalu luxury, rebag, what goes around come around, vestiare collective and so many more. Remember you have a choice to spend your money. I choose to spend my money where they don’t get argumentative and combative with customers. The choice is yours after reading my experience and opinion of the luxury closet.

1.As a buyer: The Fake Closet is a better name. Please stop selling FAKE items! Your company needs to hire qualified authenticators. Your competitors do, you should too. I no longer trust that your merchandise is authentic. Buyer Beware! I've purchased fake items several times for the price of branded luxury items. I received my money back, but.. minus the amount I spent for a Certificate of Authenticity to prove them that the items (Hermes,Loewe, Amina Muaddi)were counterfeit crap. 2. As a seller: We don’t make any money swelling clothes through you because you sell them dirt cheap. So we’re better off taking clothes to charity!

Luxury Closet has been a great experience. They helped me out so much through my purchase. The customer service support was amazing and they helped me to purchase a pair of beautiful Chanel sneakers I was dying to purchase and I had some difficulty online and they made it all better the following day.
