Not yet received the product, due to shipping time, but am super impressed by customer service, who responded within minutes, (despite being in a different country!), and who were able to give me a full and positive update! Expecting product soon and will review then. Not often that you get such great customer service.

My Glow Fairy took a long time to arrive. So I keep checking in with customer services. Jane from support team was so helpful. She always replied very promptly and reassured me that the delivery was making progress by giving me some tracking details. I really appreciate her kind assistance.

I have purchased many eye serums that have minimal results. I saw this product and thought I’d give it a try. WOW!!!! Was I shocked at the AMAZING results! The post office sent my package back. Not because they are just shipping it back. The quick response, friendly service! I have had no issues with any service I received. I did not receive a product I was charged for, the person immediately refunded the amount and apologized. Because it was out of stock that why I did not get. So keep Jane!!! But also thank you for giving your employees the tools to do a great job! And the product, eye patches are amazing! I have wrinkles, put the eye patches on the night before, for over 2 hrs. Wrinkles gone! I am not big at giving 5 out 5 but they shipped it back for free. I got it within 3 weeks .... Canada

I’m gutted. I was really looking forward to my order, then I followed my order which took a live time and then I saw that it was being held pending custom charges from USA to UK and when I questioned it turns out that that this a thing… imagine how gutted I was when I got a letter saying I owed £53 I custom charges. I even upped my order by $25 based on their last minute offers, so $88 delivered meant £54 or $64 dollars to get the order. I’m heart broken and can’t afford it. Why isn’t anyone talking about this? I’m happy they reply to messages right away but their answer Is fry eye patches for a further order or free delivery of $7. Now I’ve got to wait for god knows how long for a refund. I was advised that this will take a while….. out of pocket, no items and gutted 😢

I am currently waiting for more than 6 weeks. I contacted the company and receive general answers with apologies, but still no product, refund or concrete update on delivery date. I fully accept and understand a longer shipping time due to all kinds of things happening in the world. However, if even AliExpress’ delivery is faster then something is really wrong.

Absolutely love the retinol face wand. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and nourished and there is definitely a reduction in fine lines after using it for less than a month.

I received the product and it was damaged. I emailed Amanda Taylor in customer support and sent her a picture. She immediately responded and is sending out a new one. I have not had a chance to try the product yet but the customer service is outstanding!

The truth is you may love the products or you may not but one thing you can’t argue with is there customer service . Patience and the severity of one’s service team means just as much as the item itself so one thing you can’t argue with is that professionalism of this company is overlooked

I ordered the Eye Boosts to help with my 63 yr old ageing under eyes and was not disappointed! After using them my eyes look like I've just had a really good night's sleep and don't look so hollowed or tired. My under eyes at 63 are now getting crepey/wrinkled but this becomes more smooth after using the Eye Boosts. I will definitely be ordering some more!!!
