Jane in customer service is AMAZING! I had some shilling issues, and she was so quick, responsive and extremely nice. I have only been using the product for just under a week, but their customer service blew me away, so I am very excited to see results.

The communication from the support team has been amazing. They are quick, prompt, and thorough. They really answer every question that you have and explain everything really well. I just got the four head patches and I have used them twice. They recommended I use them two times a week. I have super sensitive skin and I am scared of Botox because of a prior weird reaction to it. I have some deep for headlines I have always made me self-conscious. So far and using before head patches, it has not made my skin breakout, burn, or get rather itchy. I will say once I take the patch off, for about 10 minutes my skin feels “different“. I am excited to see if this product works for me and look forward to trying other products from this company

I recently contacted customer service for assistance regarding an issue with my Glow Fairy product. As I was using the Retinol Body Glow Wand, the container was not allowing more product to push up while I twisted the bottom. In reaching out to customer service, within minutes I received a message from Customer Service Representative Jane Scott who was attentive to my concerns and immediately resolved the issue by shipping out a brand new product to me. She was friendly and also welcoming to me as a new customer. This is by far the best customer service I have received ever! Thank you so much!

So I waited about 6 weeks to write a review to really know. I must say I love these products and have started recommending to everyone. The wrinkles on my face are noticeably lighter, and my hands look less like a 90 year olds! (Not that there’s anything wrong with that… if I were 90!) I had an issue on my first delivery which almost turned me off the products. But I emailed customer support, they responded within a couple hours, and corrected the error immediately. It’s probably one of the best customer support I’ve come across. Only downside is that shipping (at least to my location) is long. A few weeks typically. But I’ve learned to order before I actually run out now.

I am a soon to be 46 year old teacher. I also did gig work and help take care of an aging parent and a senior pet. I by no means want to look forever 21, but I want to feel fresh, and vibrant, especially around children and their families. I found Glow Fairy on a Facebook article with a code to try their products. I was amazed how quickly and naturally I saw a difference. Just enough to have that healthy and fresh and rested look. As though I had been at a spa. So happy to have found them. Would highly recommend.

My holy grail. I started freaking out when my mom noticed fine lines of crow’s feet. Saw everyone’s raving about this product so even though it will be a long wait for me (btw, I live outside of US) I took the risk and tried it. I am always a little worried about ordering a product online. I must say that all of the products I have ordered have done over and above what I expected. The wrinkle erasers are amazing- after only one use, I could see a drastic result. The eye boosts also live up to the hype! I have the body glow wand, and it is great to put on your heels and elbow, along with other areas. The glow wand for lips really makes a difference. Above all, this business has the best customer service - of any that I have been involved with. I had a couple of orders that took a little long in getting to me, as is common in this chaos of finding a quick delivery service.They took care of everything, and got back to me the same day that I called or emailed them.
