After a couple of initial hiccups in fixing a date for the inspection the service eventually provided by James King was exceptional. James was thorough, informative and tidy. Thank you.

The engineer came for an annual maintenance service. He ran the check with minimum fuss. It would have been better if Banham booked gave me a 2 hour time slot rather than a 5 hour slot.

Two no shows, came the 3rd time, called the night before. No apology, no explanation?

I had a booking for the whole afternoon for a routine annual service. The engineer was on site from 16.49 until 17.00 when he left with the job completed. Surely you can schedule your engineers time better so I'm not tied to the house 'waiting'? I know that your time is money - but so is your customers' time money.

Mustafa, the service engineer who carried out the routine inspection was excellent - efficient and polite! I would have to say that getting through to Banham’s maintenance department on the phone always proves very difficult, long waits, etc. All in all I think Banham is a well established, reliable company and I would recommend them.

Really nice man. Did the checks quickly. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 was because appointment was from 1pm - 5pm but man turned up at 7.30am so I was in bed. It was kind that we were seen first but an email or txt giving me the heads up would have helped.
