We asked about an issue with our system , which had happened overnight, we could not set the alarms, he said it was caused by one of their agents,that's it.Then when we asked why no one called us,he said we should have called the company ourselves. Not great answer or customer service. These incidents have happened before and when we mentioned it before,were told the cost of sending out an engineer is £150+.So happy to speak to some ,if it takes a bit shorter time to get through to someone on the phone at Banhams.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024I was happy with the person who came to assess our property for the installation of our security system, and with the installation process itself, but my good feelings about Banham end there. We experienced an equipment malfunction only a few months after our system was installed, and when I phoned to schedule an appointment to have the fault rectified, I was told I would have to pay for the call-out and pay to have the problem fixed, even though the new equipment was obviously faulty. (The technician who attended somehow managed to have the charge reversed.) More recently, I was given a 4-1/2 hour window for our routine system maintenance appointment. It's been over 4-1/2 hours now, and I am still waiting. That's the last time I will accept such an enormous appointment window and then sit at home all afternoon waiting for someone who doesn't show up. The technicians seem to be good, but management and logistics are clearly lacking.

It must be possible. Delivery firms can do it. In our case we were told 08:30 to 12:59 although we were the last stop on his morning schedule.

Had I been available I would have asked why the secondary building was not included. However Mr Dogherty is a first class operative.
