terrible service I pay for a yearly maintenance visit, but each year it slips back the maintenance service, so that this year i dont get one, ( in 2024). I am told it is set for January 2025 while my last was November 2023. this voids my house insurance which requires an annually serviced alarm. They take the money the same month each year but each month service falls back by a month or two, so in the end over time you miss a whole year ! very sneaky i feel

The technician was polite and professional. Before the visit I called the company asking if it was possible to have the damaged plastic documents cover to be replaced. I been told that the technician should get a new one in this van. Unfortunately he was not able to get one and the documents are still pendant from the board.
