Please, please, please, do not sign up with Banham. They have the absolute worst service. Their product always has issues, they are a nightmare to get a hold of, they don't call back or show up when expected. Once again I've had multiple issues with my alarm system this week and I have an alarm that randomly goes off (even when not armed). Despite multiple calls to the alarm receiving center, to their engineers, the issue still exists. They just have the worst customer service in the industry.

The engineer arrived within the indicated time window after calling to give me 10 minutes’ notice of her arrival. She was courteous and completed the work quickly and efficiently.
