Engineers on time and technically excellent. Understood and tested all the detailed wiring of our alarm installation and identified the fault and it's cause. Wrote an accurate report.

When the engineer arrived everything was carried out in an efficient and polite manner. The only less than satisfactory part was a call I had to Banham’s office to see what time the engineer would be arriving. I was told by the person who answered the phone that she would call the engineer then call me back. She did not call back.

I have only ever had excellence experience with Banhams , be that with their support team or service staff in the alarms and locks departments.They are incredibly responsive , efficient and helpful. I would like to particuarly highlight my recent positive experiences with Romana and Jubed in the service team, Miles the locksmith, and both George and David from the alarms team - all absolutely brilliant members of the team who provided wonderful service in my new home.
