Engineer called on schedule, explained what he needed to do, asked if there had been any issues and proceeded to service system and replace all batteries. Upon conclusion he tested system for me and asked if I was happy with work carried out. Professional and helpful throughout.

The person sent o check our burglar alarm arrived in the time period scheduled. He was polite and started work straight away. He came and reported what he had found and left after about twenty minutes.

Always had good experiences in the past but this year took 3 appointments for visit to finally happen(cancelled at short notice by Banham). Very frustrating when have to take time off work to wait in for someone. When engineers arrived it was a training session but both were efficient, polite & effective.

He was courteous, efficient and punctual.

Mustafa attended our home and performed a routine maintenance of our fire and house alarm as well as CCTV cameras. He meticulously checked everything and was polite and respectful of our property. He answered my questions and promoted the installation of the new Banham cameras app providing me with easy instructions to set it up.

The operative rang to let us know that he was on his way. He was careful about his footware and pleasant and efficient in checking the system thoroughly.

Efficient and polite

2 engineers arrived and carried out their checks of my old and very basic system. They replaced the battery and explained what they had done. They were professional and courteous throughout. BUT... They arrived about half an hour outside the window I had been told (8:30 to 1:00) and when I asked why they were late they said that they were not given information on when they were expected to visit and so had no way of knowing that they arrived outside the window. I have no issue with them but am surprised that Banham was unable to honour the timings promised.

The engineers arrived within the allocated time slot. They were polite and took care not to make thing dirty. They completed the work within half an hour.

Terrible customer service throughout. I have called and emailed repeatedly for engagement but no response. I have not been impressed at all.
