We have just ordered lounge furniture from Russell Dean. From initial phone call contact through a visit, ordering swatches and placing an order Laura was extremely helpful - we didn't feel any pressure but she was there to answer queries and progress what we needed. We were also really impressed with the store and its stock (after visiting several large national stores without finding anything).

Jackie (Mcdonagh) was friendly an exceptionally helpful. She explained the differences between the suite ranges we were looking at and helped us with the selection of colours and materials. Her assistance and advice on selecting a new bed was very helpful.

Russell Dean Furniture has a great selection to choose from and we were helped in choosing our new sofa/chair by Jackie McDonagh. She was really helpful, printing off measurements so we could go home and measure to see if it fit, sending off for fabric samples to see how it matched curtains and carpets, showing us alternatives etc. Jackie was really patient and we ended up very pleased with our purchase. We will certainly be back next time we need more furniture
