Jackie stands out as an excellent salesperson- why? She was prompt in offering her services and listened to our very special requirements. Thus her advice was pertinent and saved us time and unnecessary choosing- only to be disappointed- as we may have chosen inappropriately. Purchased furniture originally in September 2022 and since been back twice more to purchase additional items. All staff are polite, courteous and knowledgeable but none more so than Samantha. There is no pressure to buy. Have since recommended Russell Dean to others and we will continue to shop there when necessary.

Visited the showroom in Mytholmroyd today . The staff where all helpful and professional but not pushy giving time for you to browse . Purchased 2 leather sofas and footstool and got first class advice and service from Samantha .

We visited the store on a Sunday to look for new settees. We were left alone to look around the showroom until we had questions about different colours/patterns and this is when Samantha initially spoke to us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the particular settee we were looking at, giving us options etc. We then returned the following week once we had checked dimensions and again spoke with Samantha to place an order, each time travelling from Leeds. Throughout this process she has been extremely polite, honest and not a pushy sales person like in some stores we have recently visited. All in all an extremely stress free experience. It starts from the convenient parking and the easy access to the shop floors. There is a very good range of furniture to suit all tastes. We particularly appreciated time to browse without any pressure. However, when we needed help the staff were able to answer all our questions in a pleasant professional manner.

Visited Russell Deans with my elderly mum as she had been wanting new sofas for a long time. Size restrictions had stopped her getting new due to a vestibule and the worry of getting rid of her old ones. We spoke to Jackie who was really helpful and explained how they could take the feet off and rotate the sofa to get through her door. Mum chose what she wanted and we took measurements home that Jackie had printed off for us. After measuring it was going to be tight but Jackie arranged for a trial run of the shop floor sofa before mum ordered it to make sure it fit. The delivery men came the following week and although tight they managed to get it through the door. Mum is so excited now and can’t wait for her new sofa and chair to be delivered. To top it off for a small fee they are going to take the old sofas away. You would not get this service from one of the large sofa companies. Excellent service Russell Dean and Special thanks to Jackie for making my mums day.

We visited Russell Dean for the first time on Saturday 14th January to look for a new sofa. We were very impressed with the store and the choice on offer. We eventually decided on a sofa after being helped by Jacky one of the sales assistants. She was very informative without being pushy and made us feel at ease. Overall we had great customer service and we will definitely be recommending the store to our family and friends.

It was a pleasure purchasing my new Dining Table and Chairs from Russell Dean, 4 months ahead of me completing on a new property. They did their very best to expedite the delivery in time for Christmas '22 and I was delighted with the result when I sat down to enjoy my Christmas Dinner at my Ironworks Stone table on my super comfortable Niko Dining Chairs. We were looking for a small corner unit suite with a stand alone chair. Laura was very helpful with advising us of the possibilities and helping us with the choices of fabrics. She showed great patience with us when it came to choosing an alternative stand alone chair, as the chair available with the suite we selected was too large. We liked the fact that there was no pressure on us when we were making our choices and will be kept updated on the progress of our order. We look forward to receiving our new furniture

Second look round for a sofa and found something ideal and half price in the sale. Laura was easily approachable and helpful when advising about fabric protection and delivery. We are uncertain if the sofa will fit into our home (old building, non standard doorways) but Laura has advised we can try for delivery and worst case scenario we can get a full refund. Very reassuring!
