A shop full of beautiful furniture with plenty of staff to help and advise. We were helped by Jackie to choose just what we wanted.

We recently visited the store as we were looking for a new sofa . David Campbell approached us and politely asked if we needed any help . We discussed our requirements with him, especially the fact we had a limited space for the sofa to fit in . David was very knowledgable about the various sofas and helped to focus our minds on what we actually wanted . He went through the various sizing and fabrics choices with us to ensure we were happy with our final choice, as a new sofa is a large financial purchase . David was so helpful he even stayed beyond his finish time to complete the sale . David was relaxed, friendly and very helpful . We are looking forward to the arrival of our sofa .

Laura was very helpful from the outset. She was able to find out prices on custom sized furniture very quickly, and pointed out the savings we could make via various offers. She was knowledgable about the furniture and its various options, showed us the cleaning regime required, and highlighted the lead times (which are long but I accept are out of their control). We were very happy with the customer service and will definitely be back when we need a new sofa.

Our family have dealt with Russell Dean for years and our experience today in selecting and purchasing a new suite was first class. Several of the staff came to help us - not in a pushy way at all but genuinely wanting to help. A special thanks must go to Chad who went above and beyond to help us make a complex choice - his care and patience and total professionalism made the whole experience very pleasurable.

This was our fourth visit in 2 years to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd and again we were dealt with by Samantha King. On each occasion, she was friendly with a vibrant sense of humour whilst maintaining her professionalism and particularly knowledgeable about the products we purchased. My wife and I always leave with a positive experience. Excellent!

Lovely store-well set out on 2 floors and well lit,has a high end feel to it. We were greeted by Alan Raybould (manager) who asked what we were looking for and then just left us alone to browse and try all the sofas. There was no pushy hard sell tactics, but Alan was very knowlegable about all products and fabrics and what he didn't know went off to find out with no problems. We finally settled on our purchase and Alan went through everything clearly including estimated delivery times, protection plan etc. We went away happy and excited to receive our new suite!!

This was my second time shopping here, I went to buy a new sofa and Laura was amazing she helped us find exactly what we needed. I wanted to mix and match a sofa with different chairs. We did not feel like we were pushed into a purchase we spent a lot of time looking at different options and Laura made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. Great products and great customer service we will definitely be back.

The staff were very helpful and didn't rush us unto making a purchase. A chap whose name we didn't note made an enquiry with the manufacturer to find the exact dimensions of the legs for us which convinced us that the legs wouldn't damage our wooden floors. Laura who was there when we went back to order our sofas was able to ensure us that we could have cruelty free cushion fillings as an option, this wasn't on the manufacturers' leaflet. Great store, great furniture and helpful staff.
