Samantha, the salesperson who looked after us with our shopping experience at Russell Dean was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in assisting us with our purchase.

We bought a couple of Stressless reclining sofas' from them on line. Not only was the price the keenest we could find, we found that the people we dealt with (especially Laura, more about her later) were incredibly knowlegable, technically proficient and extremely helpful. Laura was also extremely thorough and worked with us to get access measurement and videos of the various doorways and hallways required to get the sofas' in the right room. This led to her advising us to order the slightly smaller product. Turns out she was spot on, the larger ones would not have fitted. She also insisted on using a specialist delivery team (at no additional cost). They were highly professional and arrived with all the specialist equipment they needed. They even put the sofas in huge quilted, padded bags to protect then when manhandling. I have to say we were both super impressed with the entire sales and delivery process and would not hesitate to recommend them (tip: ask for Laura)

Customer service was excellent. SAMANTHA KING was not 'pushy' and didn't 'hover' but was easily available for advice, etc. Her manner was pleasant and respectful. She made the visit a good, positive experience.

My order will take 4 months to arrive!! This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. When I found out my chairs would not arrive untill February the staff where very abrupt and rude. They just stated "it is not our fault you could not work out the lead time" At no time during my purchase did anyone tell me it would take 20 weeks for my chairs to arrive, however they say it is in the paperwork I have signed. Lesson leaned for me and hopefully for any future customers considering purchasing from here. They are not forthcoming with details. My advice would be to shop elsewhere unless you have over 4 months to wait!!!

Nice shop in Mytholmroyd. Purchased 2 leather recliners with an upgrade in the leather to that in the shop. We were assisted by Chad and nothing was too much trouble until we were happy with our selection. Products delivered today as promised which was about 8 weeks, all went smoothly which is what you expect from Russell Dean. Yes you may appear to pay a bit more but you also get what you pay for. Very happy with the entire experience.
