My wife and I visited Russell Dean Furnishers in Mytholmroyd today to look for a new bed. We were very pleasantly attended to by sales representative Jackie Mcdonagh who was very personable and clearly explained the pros and cons of different beds and makes of beds from the extensive range in the showroom. Our visit was such a success that we placed an order for a new bed before leaving. Jackie was clearly an expert on what to look for when buying a new bed and answered all questions we raised very satisfactorily. The visit confirmed our view that Russell Dean is a first class store offering good value for money and employing knowledgeable, personable staff like Jackie Mcdonagh.

We bought a mattress from Russell Deans having been show around the bed showroom by a knowledgeable salesman (Mr David Campbell) who explained the in’s and out’s of the several items on display he made sure our requirements were met and that we were satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to ensure we understood what we were buying.

Went to Russell Dean to look for new sofas and dining room furniture. Beautiful shop with lots of choice. Jackie was extremely helpful and gave great advice on what sofa and furniture to go for. Can't wait for our delivery!

I recently purchased a Vi Spring mattress in the Autumn Sale at a price that could not be matched anywhere. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable the sales advisor David Campbell was explaining to me the differences between the huge range of mattresses in order to address my specific needs. His manner and service were highly professional and he kept me fully informed and responded immediately to any queries I had. The ladies in the Deliverary Department were courteous and efficient. Last but not least the two gentlemen who delivered on three occasions were absolute stars. They were respectful of my home, layed down protective sheets, erected the furniture and took away all the packaging; an added bonus. They even took their shoes off without being asked! Well done 'team' your service from beginning to end has been impeccable. Sincere thanks from a very satisfied customer.

The assistant who dealt with us was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, very knowledgeable, excellent service with a smile. I hope she deals with me again when I come back for more furniture

We called at Russell Dean furniture store for a Divan bed. We were looked after with Laura. She was friendly and helpful. She took us to the beds and was very informative about the different types of mattresses. We bought a bed and came away very satisfied with the whole experience.

Visited Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd looking for a new suite. Fabulous place, easy to park and plenty of choice. The assistant Chad was really friendly and helpful. We decided on a leather suite and he explained in detail how to clean and look after the leather.
