Wonderful service, thank you Troy, especially considering we had to ammendment the order after a couple of days. Delivery looks like being in good time. We have bought furniture on a number of occasions. Like the way the people on the shop floor give you space to browse and then always on hand if you need assistance.

Excellent help from Mark H yesterday and again today when I was looking for a new dining table and chairs. I had an idea what I wanted and Mark showed me lots of choices ranging from expensive, cheaper and cheapest. He explained everything about each set, how and where they are made and why the difference in price. It was really useful to have that background knowledge to take home and think about what to buy. I made a choice and went back today to buy it. Mark H was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. It was a pleasure to buy from Russell Dean and I would recommend them.

My wife and I were having a good look around the store with a certain model of sofa and chair in mind. After a good look , Laura came to ask if we were ok and when we stated what we had in mind she did a lot of good comments about her knowledge of what we wanted and gave us a very good buying price . We would certainly use Russell Deans again.

I had just wanted to wander around the store, never having been before so buying large items had not been my plan. However I found myself considering the sofas - several took my fancy. Troy was there to assist but with no pressure. He was very pleasant to deal with and so after a good look around I made a choice and visited again after swatches of material arrived at my house. Troy had called me to see what I thought of the colours and material. I said we’d call to the store when it was convenient. Troy was helpful, friendly and explained fully what will happen and how long delivery will take. I was very pleased to know that the furniture I chose is British made too!

We went to Russell Deans at Mytholmroyd on Thursday 5th September to look at buying a new bed, Laura Eltoft came to help us and it was a pleasure to speak to her, she was very friendly and knowledge and soon found what we wanted. We were particularly impressed how she showed us the benefits of an electric ottoman and also an orthopaedic mattress. We went away to consider our purchase and went back on Tuesday, when Laura was back at work, we chatted some more about the deal and went ahead and bought the bed and mattress. Today I got an email from Laura letting us know that our order has been received by by their supplier and everything is going to plan. The service by Russell Dean's and particularly Laura was first class and we wouldn't hesitate to go back to them in future.

Went to Russell Deans furniture to have a look around to decide what kind of sofa and chairs to get in the near future. I have to say we received excellent customer service from Samantha, she gaves us time to browse at our liesure but was on hand to answer any questions we had regarding products and sizes. I have not received such brilliant customer service in such a long time. There is a lot of choice and somethingvfor all budgets. My husband and i was delighted to find the sofa and chairs we liked and purchased them. Thanks to Samantha's expert knowledge, a extra bonus is that it is British made. Looking forward to delivery.

There were many lovely sofas in the showroom to look at. We had time to look around, without pressure from staff. When we needed advice, Helen came to help us, discussing options available until we decided upon the sofa we wanted. . She was very helpful throughout our visit.

After looking for a sofa for around 8years !! finally found one at Russell deans at mythalmroyd a well presented showroom plenty of choice of sofas far better made and more stylish than other high street furniture outlets our sales person Helen Mathews was friendly very helpful not at all pushy other sales personnel need to take note customers are put off with pushy over attentive sales personnel

After long long time of looking infact years for a display cabinet,Mark.H was absolutely fabulous can't thank him enough. He spent time to show and explain thoroughly how we can have it fit our needs. I can not thank you enough Mark for all your fantastic help.

After looking round the beautiful shop , and choosing our new sofa , we proceeded with the sale , we were impressed with the pricing , Great value for quality furniture that we know will last us a long time due to the quality . We were happy with the delivery date given to us and once we had done the measurements , we dealt with Mark who was extremely helpful and kept us up to date with the progress . The emails informing us of the delivery day were very helpful and the courtesy call informing us of the day and time etc the delivery team would arrive . On delivery day we were given our time slot and the team arrived promptly , fantastic service very helpful guys , as a window had to be removed to take the sofa in ! The team handled it all with great care , and friendly with minimum distruption also all waste taken away by them. Highly recommend this company and we shall definately us them again in the future .
