Initially it was good, but then you did not return my car on the agreed date but two weeks later, You also ran down my petrol to an empty tank without telling me. Repairs seem good but I am disappointed by the overall service - including the fact that you don't pick up your phones.

Repair completed well and car immaculate when returned. There were a few delays but this was caused by supply of parts and I was kept informed.

The quality of the paint jobs done on my car are very good. They just need to be careful before returning a car to a customer to check that all the work has been done and everything removed to do the work has been put back in place securely.

Excellent costumer services that kept me always aware of the ongoing repairs to my car. They picked up my car from home and delivered it back fully clean inside and out. As a mother of 4 you can imagine how dirty my car was! Everyone from reception to the delivery men were so so nice and polite. After the repairs my car looked like a brand new car. Incredible service, super flexible and really friendly staff. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience considering it was at a point where u had been involved in a RTA and that stress was on my mind. Had a courtesy car the next day, dropped to my workplace.
