Very efficient friendly service. Lovely man collected my car and brought a courtesy car. Was kept informed of repair time and car was returned by some gentleman. Office staff were very helpful and polite.

The staff here have been very direct, professional and very nice throughout. I am glad to have chosen this body shop for my repair. The job was also perfect and very quick. I had a short waiting period for the booking and the job was complete in one week.

Rear of van supposed to be re chevroned but have noticed in a few places the stickers have been cut around and new sections stuck in or over originals.Looks a bit botch in places.

Vehicle was returned without the dashcam/gps suction pad unit. They never replied to my message asking why. I purchased a new unit at a cost of nearly £60. However the camera doesn’t work in the car but does with the PC. I will now need to get a car electrician to look at this.

From the start I was informed about what will happen to my car. Damage was agreed. The courtsey driver was polite and very helpful. The car retuned in an immaculate condition, again by the same courtsey driver. I left some trekking poles in the boot but Juliette was very helpful in organising the return so I could collect the next day.

There was a bit of the release handle was missing a small plate I had to drive the person whom dropped my car off to the nearest train station but body work good

AD Williams pointed out to the insurance company I was illegal to drive my car after someone pushed the side light in. Really helpful advice. The Fiat was picked up easily, mended very well and delivered back on time and cleaned.! Good , reassuring treatment. Thank you very much.
