I just cannot fault these people. I first used them to replace a bumper on an old car I wanted to sell. They did a fantastic job very quickly. Due to this experience I asked my insurance company to use them for a repair on my new car (had a prang) rather than who they suggested. The car was collected, spare parts ordered and repaired extremely quickly to my absolute delight. I even had a couple of non related technical issues which they kindly looked at for me. Do not think twice about using these guys they are terrific.

My car was collected and delivered earlier than expected by a very friendly driver who brought the courtesy car. My car was repaired to an exceptional standard and came back gleaming and smelling like new inside. The staff (Caroline and colleagues) were always helpful when speaking to them on the phone.

A problem free service

My company car was hit by a driver who did a hit and run 4 days before my car was to be returned to the the leasing company. Not only did the AD Williams arrange for my car to be picked up they fixed all the damage on the car, arranged for a new MOT on the car cleaned it and did the handover back to the leasing company.
