My vehicle had a damage sensor on the wheel valve. It was meant to be fixed when it got picked up when the light was repaired. Nothing’s been done. The warning light is continuously on.

Arrangements for collecting and dropping of my car were brilliant. Paul the driver, is a real asset to you and has great customer facing skills.He reviewed al the areas of damage with me, so that there was an accurate record of what work was required. He also photographed all the damage and made sure that I was happy with what AD Williams we’re going to do. Please pass on my thanks to him. The negative side is that when the car returned an area of black trim has a fist sized area of white overspray on it, which needs attention. Additionally, the vehicle’s name badge had not beed reaffixed to the car, and 10 days after the vehicle was returned to me, I’m still waiting for a replacement.

You rarely meet people who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service but I did received this from a gentleman at AD Williams yesterday. I called up to find out if he could help me replace my wing mirror glass on my electric car, he said bring it round and he would have a look for me. I drove round there a couple of hours later and he fixed it within a few minutes and checked to see if I was happy. I had been to a few garages before this and they wouldn’t help saying I’d have to take the car to dealership garage (clearly not). I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received and I will certainly be recommending this place to others.
