This was a very easy process. It was convenient, done right at home.

I had ordered a Merle test on a previously tested dog who had DNA on file on Aug 1,2024. They emailed me on September 18, 2024 sample on file was not acceptable. I requested for them to mail me a sample kit on the same day. Received email same day that a sample was mailed out. On October 18, 2024 I contacted them to let them know I still had not received the kit and according to their website tracking system the kit was never mailed. The customer service and follow up is horrible. Really makes me concerned…

I sent in two envelopes with samples and one was reported on Monday, and am still waiting for results on the other samples.

I am customer for so many years , and very satisfied however the last 6 months i always get a email ,, sorry you have to wait longer and sometimes more then 3 weeks longer that is a shame ,, because we needs the results

The time taken to receive swabs, get samples, return swabs, then wait for testing is too long for timely decisions to be made for keeping breeder stock. It would be helpful if swabs could be kept on hand by breeders. FYI- There is another company that does provide extra swabs and has a quick turn around on testing.

The DNA collection process went very smoothly from receiving the DNA collection package, to following the directions, and submission. I also really like the ease of use of the website for tracking the package and results. I have used another DNA lab in the past, and Paw Print Genetics has a far better website and portal.
