The testing was easy to do, they notified me when the package was received, and processed the samples in a very timely period.

I hate to say I've got to leave one star. I sent an order in for a mom. A dad and a puppy We're trying to find out if that was the parents to that puppy, and all I got in an email from you and in the mail was that the testing from mom and dad. Denied or failed. I emailed you back asking a question about what that meant and Trying to get an understanding of what i'm actually out to do but didn't get results and now trying to figure out what your results meant exactly so I will know how to proceed. They were great to work with and the report tells what issues your dog might be a carrier for. Would use them again.

I was pleased to find the tests I needed for my breeding dogs without having to order tests that I don't want. Paw Print communication was prompt and informative. I was able to check on the status of the test results right from my computer. I made a mistake in ordering and was able to get that corrected easily. This is an exceptionally good deal, good price for the tests.

Paw Print Genetics was the most reasonably priced service I could find. The other 2 well known genetic sites did not do the PRA testing on my breed, so that was another bonus. They included easy to follow instructions and quick turn around time. They also have great communication to let you know when they mail, when they receive and results are emailed.

This was done in a timely manner, easy to use website. I would like to see NAD added as a test.
