It was easy to obtain the samples and I trust the results are accurate.

I love the customer friendly team and also the analyses are always precise and trustworthy. So, all in all always nice experience. I have used other labs before, but now tested all my dogs with Paw Print Genetics and I like it the best (sorry for my english; it's not my native language).

Website is clear, text results and recommendations are clearly written. Each time I contact customer service they are extremely helpful and patient with my questions.

I paid in full for my tests and it said samples were already on file for my dogs . I waited two months with no results and emailed, I was told you needed samples. As a result of this I lost breedings to my male and couldn’t plan who to breed my female to. I had zero problems with paw print before it changed hands. I sent an email regarding this oversight and was offered nothing for you mistake. Very disenheartening and I will be looking for new companies to test my dogs because of this.

The results took 8 days more than they were supposed to, with no communication on what was happening.

I appreciate that I can always call and find a knowledgeable and friendly person on the other end of the line.

Quick results and easy to get samples and submit to the lab.

I have order three test for 3 different dogs and all were sent quickly- result in a couple weeks/ and all results were very thorough- will use paw print again for all my testing needs

I did not receive an email saying they received the sample. They also told us when we called the results would be in a week or so and it came the same day, so someone was not informed.

The swab is not complicated, shipping is easy and results fairly quickly! What more could you ask for!!

They charge me almost $175 just to tell me that my dog was Merle... Here are the screenshots of the proof that I placed my order on September 24th and they weren't going to have it ready until November 9th. And then they never had it ready at all. And wanted to give me $25 back. Basically to find out my dog was Merle. So ridiculous. Waste of time. Would not recommend.
