Pawprints Genetics is terrible since being bought out!! Even the simplest of test are botched up and take weeks to figure out why!! Unfortunately, once again the Australian Shepherd Club of America is screwed!!

We received our test kits and results in a timely manner, and appreciate that 2 swabs were sent rather than one. This shows that PP respects that we want results asap and is willing to help avoid delays. Great job for the Bayou Bleu pups!

I waited a long time for results. Had to call several times to obtain the results. Testing accepted at lab early September and first publishing of results took a month. Re-ran a test and it took two more weeks, but I had to call to obtain it as I think it was overlooked in the lab.

I am happy I finally got all the results, but I had to wait for a second testing for a complete report. Then when I got the results some of the information was missing so I had to call and get them to explain to me why it wasn't there. I'm still waiting to get the final word.

My experience was great, would like to have just a little more clear instructions or explanation on how the clubs get the information and what is needed on my end to make sure it goes smooth. Maybe making a check list would help.
